In close cooperation with the Executive Board and the Steering Committee, we manage, among other things, the committee meetings, appearances at trade fairs, Focus Groups as well as the international locations in Hong Kong, India, South Korea, North America and Japan.
Within the framework of this contract, we are in contact daily with the transnational OEM automobile world, the international top 10 of the supplier industry on the infrastructure level as well as with additional affiliated companies. Within just a few years, we have been able to unite within CharIN e.V. many other key players along the entire value chain. We are speaking with one, continuously growing, transnational voice to establish the Combined Charging System (CCS) as the worldwide charging standard for all e-vehicles.
Not only are current members of the association inspired by regular conferences and member meetings at strategic locations worldwide as well as lectures at trade fairs on the subject of electromobility and charging solutions, but these events also convince potential members to join. We elucidate the benefits and usefulness of a common, global standard and garner support for our mission from local partners and at a political level.
The integration of international players in the 5 active focus groups takes into account the different requirements, highlights the issues of the currently diverging approaches and strives for harmonized solutions for all markets.
